The commercial lines of Verona Ovens are designed and manufactured to meet the requirements of restaurants. The traditional vault sections and the original smoke outlet consist of genuine high strength castables with a heat resistance to 1350°C. The floor tiles are pressed and kiln fired to create an extremely hard durable surface.
Verona Ovens use the most technologically advanced insulation. The application of the unique heat storage mass guarantees a consistent heat throughout the entire oven. The heart opening allows for easy access and visibility to food with the minimum of heat loss. External temperature of oven body is normally between 30 to 40 degrees C. Exceptionally easy to operate and extremely economical in wood consumption. Verona Ovens products are built to last. To maintain a constant temperature an optional gas back-up facility is available. The gas system requires a 19mm gas line and 240v 10A 50Hz power supply, although a special gas system can be supplied.
